Not Sleeping Soundly Might Have Helped

Last night I awoke with another of my stress induced bouts of fitfulness. What typically happens is somewhere between 1:00 and 4:00 my mind switches on and I am racked with pangs of guilt, fear, and depression about the progress of my dissertation. However, last night I awoke and instead of feeling any of the above I thought about new strategies to push forward. I must say, that was a nice change, and here is to putting these ideas into effect! And you, Auditus, how goes the day?
